Water Storage Modular / Glass Fused Steel Tank

This Zincalume steel is manufactured by a continuous hot-dipped metallic coating process. The alloy coating of Zincalume steel provides excellent corrosion resistance to metal sheets. Further, after rigorous tests, it has been found that it possesses greater resistance to crack and peel. Zincalume® steel possesses the alloy coating of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, and 1.5% Silicon. The 150g/m2 (also optional 200g/m2) coating weight is distributed equally on both surfaces of the coated sheet. The metallic surface is also coated with separate layers of special passivation solution and resin.
Glass Fused Steel tank (GFS tanks) also known as Glass Lined Steel tanks (GLS tanks) that are built by using the GFS panels. These GFS panels are mild steel sheets that go through a process, where a layer of glass/silicate is fused on them. The key reason for fusing glass with steel is to enhance the overall durability of the panel. Single layered Steel is vulnerable to environmental conditions, causing earlier decomposition/corrosion of the material; hence the fusion of glass prevents that. After fusing the steel with glass, the strength increases, the acceptable bracket of PH value for alkaline solutions widens, and the resistance of abrasion inflates. We also offer Glass fused steel tanks (Enamel steel water tanks) as per the RTP technology and latest fire safety standards for fire protection water storage tanks which meet FM Global & most major industry standards.
Fire Extinguisher

A fire extinguisher is a handheld active fire protection device usually filled with a dry or wet chemical used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergencies. It is not intended for use on an out-of-control fire, such as one which has reached the ceiling, endangers the user (i.e., no escape route, smoke, explosion hazard, etc.), or otherwise requires the equipment, personnel, resources or expertise of a fire brigade. Typically, a fire extinguisher consists of a hand-held cylindrical pressure vessel containing an agent that can be discharged to extinguish a fire. Fire extinguishers manufactured with non-cylindrical pressure vessels also exist but are less common.
Eye safety shower

Eye Wash Shower to Protect from Chemicals and Hazardous Substances ... An emergency eyewash and safety shower station are essential equipment for every laboratory.
Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA)

Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) are used to protect users against oxygen deficiency, dust, gases and vapors at plants, aboard vessels, at fire and in tunnels.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We are providing all types of safety equipment’s used in industries.
Foam Atmospheric Tank

A Foam Atmospheric Tank is a storage vessel designed to hold and dispense foam concentrate used in fire suppression systems. These tanks operate at atmospheric pressure and are typically used in conjunction with foam proportioning systems that mix foam concentrate with water to create firefighting foam. The tank materials are often corrosion-resistant, and they are commonly used in industrial settings like oil refineries, chemical plants, and storage facilities where flammable liquids are present.
Foam Bladder Tank

A Foam Bladder Tank is a type of firefighting foam storage vessel that contains an internal elastomeric bladder filled with foam concentrate. When water enters the tank under pressure, it compresses the bladder, forcing the foam concentrate out to mix with the water in a proportioning system. This mixture is then used for fire suppression. Foam bladder tanks are typically used in fire protection systems for high-risk areas like chemical plants, airports, and oil storage facilities. They ensure a reliable foam supply without the need for external energy sources.
